QUANTITY: Our minimum order quantity (MOQ) varies from item to item, but is usually 1 x 20' container.
PRICING: In order to request a price list, please email benpat@pacific.net.hk or fax +852 23030186 and include the name of your company, phone and fax numbers and physical address (including country) along with the full name of the person who will be handling the buying for your company.
STARTING BUSINESS: To start business, we prefer to supply samples of the items which you would like to buy. This needs to be as accurate as possible so we can save time and money on sampling and move into production.

TIMING: As we make to order every item we do not keep stock so our lead time (from placing order to finish) is at least 21 days. This does not include international shipping.
SHIPPING: If you do not have a forwarder (shipping and custom's broker) we can suggest one in Hong Kong who is experienced in packing, shipping, storing and distributing all items manufactured and exported by BPI.
